Q. Where is your store located?

A. We are a global and online entity that has representatives in South Africa.

Q. Are your items authentic?

A. Yes our items are authentic and not resales.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Shipping with all our products is essentially free. However, our website does require a startup shipping price of some items, which we have made to be a minimum.

Q. How can I trust the authenticity of this website?

A. We pride ourselves in sourcing the highest quality products that should arrive to you in the condition displayed in the photos. We are also partnered with PayFast, an EFT system that forbids any fraudulent activity.

Q. How can I make sure I have the correct size?

A. You may look at your current sneaker on the sizing label inside and compare. Note that there are US, UK and EUR sizing variants. Alternatively you may visit your nearest store to get real-time fitting.

 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs. However, if this is the case, it is your duty as an importer to pay the fee. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
